Many times, in some large In assembly machinery applications, you may need to perform sequential logic control of start and stop. These sequence controls ensure that your machine is stopped correctly before using the emergency stop circuit and before the protective channel is opened. Obviously, there are advantages to controlling the stop of the machine in this way. If an automated process is started, you want to allow it to finish its work before stopping the machine, especially if there is a required assembly sequence in your automated machine cycle.
